Q. How would you describe your style?
A. When I take your pictures I want to capture you, not your “picture” face. I feel like I’ve done my job when I capture true emotion. So in a few words I aim for a style that is REAL, FUN, and FULL OF EMOTION.
Q. I want to book a maternity session. When is the best time to do this?
A. I would say it is best to aim to book your session between 32 – 36 weeks. That way you will have that cute belly but also still feel comfortable.
Q. How do I schedule my newborn session since I don’t know exactly when they will arrive?
A. The best time to shoot your newborn is preferably in the first 10 days. I will put your approximate due date on my calendar and once the baby arrives please contact me as soon as possible so we can confirm a date and time.
Q. Do you do weddings?
A. No, I am currently only booking portrait sessions and will not be booking weddings in 2012. However, I am still booking engagement photo sessions.
Q. Are you willing to travel?
A. Yes, up to 30 miles from zip-code 15044 is included in your session fee. If you are over 30 miles away there will be a small additional charge to help cover my travel expenses.
Please note that I am willing :) to travel out of state and prices will vary depending on where you are located.
Q. How do I pay for my session and prints?
A. You can pay by paypal, check, or cash.
Q. Where do you hold your sessions?
A. It is completely up to you! I am on-location photographer so that means I come to you at a location(s) of your choice. It could be your home, your favorite park, a pretty field, your favorite part of the the city…etc. If you are stumped, then I’d be glad to provide some ideas.
However, for newborns, those sessions are best done in the comfort of your own home.
Q. After my session how long will it take to see my photos?
A. A few days after you session I will post a few sneak peek photos on my blog and then follow that up with your password protected gallery approximately 2 weeks after your session.
To be continued…
